Community Partners

COMMUNITY PARTNERS
Uforia is deeply committed to serving not just our customers, but also our community. We believe in the power of cannabis to improve lives and are dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and education within our community. Our mission is to operate not only as a business but as a positive community force. We achieve this by engaging in community service activities, supporting local charities, and participating in community-building events. We also host educational workshops and seminars to help demystify cannabis, its uses, and its benefits, fostering a well-informed community. Additionally, we are committed to sustainability, ensuring that our operations contribute positively to the environment. This commitment to community and sustainability reflects our core values and our dedication to being more than just a dispensary, but a community partner that supports and uplifts its surroundings.

JERSEY CITY RUNNERS

Jersey City Runners is a local running group that is open to all. The group provides a supportive and positive environment for running with opportunities every day of the week. Our members represent all levels of the running spectrum. It doesn’t matter what your running pace is. The Jersey City Road Runners promotes and encourages distance running, and it improves fitness and health by supporting running, jogging, and walking, conducting races or other running-related activities, and disseminating information on running via publications, presentations, and/or educational programs.

ANTI-VIOLENCE COALITION OF HUDSON COUNTY

The Anti-Violence Coalition of Hudson County is committed to preventing violence in our community. We believe that every person has the right to live in peace and safety, free from fear of violence. The Jersey City Anti-Violence Coalition Movement (J.C.A.C.M.) was founded in 2014 by a group of concerned residents. Uforia has been actively engaged for the past 18 months with JCACM and Mrs. Pamela Johnson, an incredible Jersey City community activist. It was necessary for the community to come together to combat violence by working diligently on the systemic root causes in neighborhoods that prevent families from living healthy life. J.C.A.C.M. offers extensive programs that reduce violence and address socioeconomic disparities that ultimately improve the quality of life for Jersey City residents. J.C.A.C.M. provides case management work, self-improvement workshops, on-site vocational training, professional development, and family support services. The organization has strong community relationships and works closely with residents, community organizations, law enforcement, government, and advocates. Last year, they expanded and formed the Anti-violence coalition of Hudson County (501c(3)) to serve more communities in need of support.
