Although we don’t know for definite who birthed the strain, we are confident of its genetic lineage. GMO is an indica-dominant hybrid strain created by crossing the infamous breed, Girl Scout Cookies, with the equally respected Chemdawg. Unsurprisingly, combining these two gives us some heavy-hitting, monster skunk.
GMO Rootbeer, also known as “GMO Root Beer,” is an indica dominant hybrid strain created through crossing the tasty GMO X Vanilla Crème strains. Beloved for its amazing root beer-like flavor, GMO Rootbeer is a great relaxing indica to help you kick back before you finally fall asleep. Like its namesake drink, this bud packs a sweet and creamy vanilla flavor accented by savory spices and hops. The aroma is very similar, almost like a fresh glass of sugary root beer accented with creamy vanilla foam and spicy dank. The GMO Rootbeer high is just as mouthwatering, with calming, sleepy effects that will help you really settle down and get to sleep when you're having trouble getting there. A drowsy euphoria kicks off the high, working its way gently into your brain and boosting your spirits while simultaneously helping you to drift away into a stoney sedated state. A physical relaxation accents this happy, heady lift, helping you to stretch out before you fully succumb to sedation. These effects make GMO Rootbeer a great choice for treating chronic pain, nightmares or insomnia, chronic stress or anxiety and PTSD. This bud has fluffy hand-shaped emerald-green nugs with dark purple undertones, lots of thin orange hairs and milky purple crystal trichomes.
